The National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation (Miraikan) held a special event for its members on March 20 through 22. In a program titled “A bit of Science (Science Cafe)”, Yumi Fujii, (Research Expert, SIS junction group) talked about ALMA. “With ALMA, astronomers are looking forward to exploring not only the birth of stars, but also that of universe,” she talked to visitors. “There were many encouraging words wishing success of the ALMA project,” Fujii says.
