Using the ACA antenna #4, an electrical interface test was conducted between the antenna and a transporter (antenna carrier). This was the first time that a Japanese antenna was connected to the transporter. In the test, the antenna successfully received the power from the transporter, and the switching between the main power supply and the transporter AC power supply was also smoothly performed. The picture shows the antenna and transporter during the test. The success of the test was an important step forward for future antenna transport using a transporter.
