Leaving OSF (Operations Support Facility) and after about one-hour drive across the Atacama Desert, I finally arrived Chaxa Lagoon. As there was nothing that obstructs my view, OSF was still visible, though it is small and far away. Before noon, many flamingos were quietly looking for food in the lagoon. Suddenly, a wing flapping sound broke the quiet. A flock of flamingos finished their lunch and flew away.
