As winter is coming in Chile, mountains around Santiago have been capped with snow. In spite of this typical winter scenery, I feel something strange because of a thick and green palm tree in front of the mountains. Since flowers of morning glory and bougainvillea are still blooming on the street, Ithink Chilean flowers are resistant (or insensitive?) to cold [texts provided by Masato Ishiguro].
