A group of researchers of the ALMA-J Project Office discovered the fact that a group of young stars (star cluster) is formed by a collision of gas molecules. The research group is planning to observe the stars with ALMA and obtain its picture at a resolution more than 100 times sharper than before for further research. The picture shows Aya Higuchi, one of the researchers of the group giving a presentation in the press conference.
