A new public transportation system integrating the subway system and bus services started in Santiago from February 10, and the symbolic yellow buses nicknamed “micro” disappeared from the street. More than 900 bus routes were simplified into two categories: connection bus and circulation bus. However, many people are confused about which bus to take to go home. The picture shows the people of Santiago asking the police officer about the bus route to their home from the old town. Rumor says that only a small number of buses are in service because bus drivers don’t know their newly assigned route.
