The NAOJ Advanced Technology Center (ATC) in Mitaka fabricates test dewers for receiver cartridges and delivers them to the ALMA receiver cartridge development teams around the world. The picture shows a test dewer which will be shipped to an integration center. The dewer accommodates one receiver cartridge. NAOJ manufactures not only the components of ALMA but also testing equipment for them. The photographed test dewer will soon be shipped overseas. A receiver cartridge will be set in the gold colored cylinder with three tiers (in the upper part of the dewer).
