At the Operations Support Facility (OSF), a large-scale construction of the antenna maintenance area (and others) is going on. The picture shows the maintenance area under construction viewed from the top of the OSF. Holes were made to form foundations for the maintenance of four antennas, and the leveling concrete was placed in each hole and is now in curing process. You can see the reinforcing rods built around the foundations. Two black lines on the ground will be the foundations for the rails to transport the movable roof. This area looks like an archeological excavation site.
