On September 30, the ALMA-J Project Office held an internal progress report meeting to celebrate the start of the ALMA Early Science Operations at the NAOJ Mitaka campus. Through the teleconference system, the meeting was shared by about 100 NAOJ employees including ALMA-related staff in Mitaka, at the Operations Support Facility (OSF) in Atacama and at the NAOJ Chile Office in Santiago, Chile, as well as those at the Subaru Telescope on the island of Hawaii and at the Nobeyama Radio Observatory (NRO) in Nagano, Japan.
